A healthy and responsible company

The health triad - for the benefit of all
All our employees have the benefit of the following three health initiatives:

Free fresh fruit
We make sure that in all our departments, our employees always have the opportunity to help themselves to fresh fruit.

Company massage
We offer all our employees free massage during working hours. Four times a month, the companies are visited by the Group's own masseur. Drivers and weekend staff have the option of having a massage on Saturdays.
The objective of the massage is partly to prevent disease and muscle complaints and partly to treat any ailments that individual employees may have. Already after the first couple of months, several employees say that their massage has prevented the need for them to take days off ill. In addition, we all know that massage promotes a general sense of well-being.

Health insurance
All our employees are covered by health insurance paid for by their company. Thus, they have peace-of-mind in the knowledge that should they have an accident or become ill, they will be entitled to fast treatment at a private hospital. Naturally, employees' children are also covered by the company health insurance.
In addition to the health insurance cover, we have established an excellent pension scheme, so all our employees can have financial security - also after a long working life.
We do make heavy demands on you
We expect a great deal from our employees. It is inevitable as our customers expect a great deal from us - and we intend to live up to their expectations.
As a consequence, we set great store by personal responsibility and the ability to work independently when we appoint new employees. Obviously, we expect candidates to be suitably qualified, but we do also expect that everybody does their best in any situation. This also means that you will be able to make independent and reasoned decisions whenever you are in a situation when there happens to be nobody to turn to for advice. That will no doubt be the case once in a while when you are working in our industry.
However, perhaps the most important thing is the chemistry. If the chemistry between employer and employee is not right, the appointment is rarely a success.
Therefore, we also encourage our employees to take the initiative to organise social events. When you work together as a team on demanding projects, the team will benefit enormously if the team members get to know each other well and feel a sense of community.
